What you are buying.
Short, because a long one nobody reads protects nobody. If something here is unclear, email me and I will answer it rather than point at a clause.

Who you are dealing with
Idea Autopsy is run by Pablo Oggero, a sole trader based in Córdoba, Argentina. Not a company, not a team. Contact: [email protected]. You need to be 18 or over to buy.
The free step
Free, no account, no email. It gives you a draft: the assumptions your idea depends on and the conditions that would kill it. It is generated by an AI model in seconds and it is a draft, not a finding. It has researched nothing. Every line in it is a claim to be checked, which is exactly why the paid step exists.
The paid autopsy
$29 per idea. You get one written dossier: a map of who is alive and who is dead in that market with dated prices, quotes from real people with working links, the strongest case I can build against your idea, and a verdict of KILL, PROCEED WITH CONDITIONS or STRONG, ruled by the conditions you signed before I started.
- Delivered within 24 hours of your payment, by email. If I am going to be late, I will tell you before the 24 hours are up.
- A human does the work. I run the system and I check the sources myself. That is the product.
- Beta pricing: the first 20 autopsies are $29. After that the price is $49. Whatever price you paid is the price you paid.
What this is not
This is the part worth reading twice.
- It is not a guarantee that your idea will work, or fail. It is evidence and a verdict against criteria you agreed to. Businesses succeed against bad evidence and fail with good evidence all the time.
- A kill is proof. A pass is not. If the evidence trips a condition you signed, something about the world is genuinely false. If nothing trips, it means I went looking and failed to kill it in the time available — not that you are right.
- It is not legal, financial, investment or tax advice. I am not licensed to give any of those and I do not.
- Decisions you make after reading the dossier are yours.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with the dossier, email me within 7 days and I will refund you in full. You do not have to argue with me about it and you keep the dossier.
Your idea stays yours
You keep every right to your idea. I claim nothing. I do not resell your case file, publish it, or show it to anyone. If I ever want to write publicly about a case, I will ask you first and you can say no.
What I do keep is the dossier I wrote, so I can send it to you again if you lose it.
What you agree not to send
Do not submit somebody else's confidential information, anything covered by an agreement you signed, personal data about third parties, or anything illegal. I can decline an idea and refund you, and I will do that if it falls in one of those buckets or if I think I cannot do it justice.
Liability
I do this carefully and I check my sources, but I am one person working with public information in a day. Where the law allows it, my liability to you is limited to what you paid me. I am not liable for business decisions, lost profits, or opportunities missed or taken.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, and any dispute goes to the courts of the City of Córdoba, Argentina. If any part of this is unenforceable where you live, the rest still stands, and nothing here removes rights your local consumer law gives you.
Changes
If I change these terms, the date at the top changes. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published on the day you paid.
