What happens to your idea.

This is written from the actual code, not from a template. If any of it turns out to be wrong, that is a bug and I want to know about it.

The free step

You type an idea. Your browser sends it to a Cloudflare Worker, which forwards it to the AI providers that generate the questions and the case file, and sends the result back to you.

I do not store it. The Worker has no database attached to it — no storage of any kind. The only thing it keeps in memory is a count of requests per IP address, to stop abuse, and that disappears on its own.
The AI providers see it. Today those are OpenRouter (running the GLM model) and Groq. Prompt logging and training on inputs are switched off in my provider settings. I cannot promise what happens inside their infrastructure beyond what their own policies say.
The signed case file stays in your browser. It is held in your tab's session storage so it can travel to the checkout page. It is deleted when you close the tab. It is never sent to me unless you submit the form.

In short: if you use the free step and walk away, there is no copy of your idea anywhere that I can read.

If you order an autopsy

Submitting the checkout form sends me two things: your email address and the case file you signed — your idea, the assumptions and the kill conditions.

The form runs on Formspree, which records the submission and emails it to me. It is stored on their systems and in my email inbox.
I read it. A person doing the research is what you are paying for, so there is no version of this where your idea stays private from me. I am one person, named below, with another company attached to my name.
I use your email only to send you the payment link and the dossier. No newsletter, no list, no sharing it with anyone.

Payment

Payments run through Payoneer, using a payment link I send you. Your card details go to Payoneer, never to me — I never see them and could not store them if I wanted to. What I see is that a payment arrived.

Analytics

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you. There are no advertising trackers on this site and no third-party pixels.

Deleting your data

Email me at [email protected] and I will delete your case file and your email address from the form records and from my inbox. Say which email address you used. I do this by hand, so give me a couple of days.

Changes

If I change how any of this works, I change this page on the same day and update the date at the top. If the change is material — a new provider, a new thing stored — I will say so on the page rather than quietly editing it.
